These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Conductor platform, developed and operated by Degriz, d.o.o. ("Degriz", "we", "us"). By registering, accessing, or using the platform in any capacity, you ("User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.
The platform is currently in a Development (Beta) Version. It is in active development and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or undergo significant changes without prior notice. Users are strongly advised to verify all AI-generated or modified content before publishing or using it in a production environment. Degriz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the service. These Terms apply to all users, including free-tier users, trial users, and paying subscribers.
To access the service, you must register an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Degriz is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter binding agreements on behalf of yourself or the company you represent. Degriz reserves the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
The platform operates on a credit-based model. Credits are required to run AI operations (translation, content generation, etc.). Credits can be purchased as one-time packages or received as part of a monthly subscription.
Payment process: All purchases are processed securely through Stripe, a certified third-party payment provider. When initiating a purchase, you will be redirected to a Stripe Checkout page where your payment details are collected and processed. Degriz does not store your payment card information directly.
Credit activation: Credits are added to your account automatically upon successful payment confirmation from Stripe. In case of a payment gateway delay, credits may be credited within up to 15 minutes of confirmed payment. If credits have not appeared after this period, please contact us at anze@Degriz.net.
VAT & Taxes: Prices displayed are net (excluding VAT). For users with a registered company address in the Republic of Slovenia, a statutory VAT of 22% will be added automatically at checkout. Users from other EU member states may be subject to reverse-charge VAT rules. It is the user's responsibility to ensure their company billing data is correctly entered in their account settings, as VAT is calculated based on this information.
Promotional coupons & discounts: Coupon codes may be applied at checkout. Each coupon has defined usage limits, validity periods, and may be restricted to specific product types (subscription plans or credit packages). A coupon may only be used once per user account. Degriz reserves the right to cancel or modify coupon campaigns at any time without liability.
Invoices: Official VAT invoices are issued automatically via our invoicing partner (Minimax) upon successful payment and are available for download in PDF format from the Billing section of your account dashboard.
Credits are consumed in real time when AI operations are executed (e.g. content generation, translation, bulk processing). The number of credits required per operation may vary depending on task complexity, content volume, and the underlying AI provider.
We strive to ensure transparent and predictable credit usage; however, actual consumption may vary and is shown within the platform as an estimate or indication.
Material changes in credit consumption logic will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other consideration.
No refund policy: Except where required by applicable law, consumed credits are non-refundable. Unused credits from one-time purchases remain valid while the account is active.
If you believe credits were incorrectly deducted due to a verified technical error on our side, you may contact us within 14 days for review. In such cases, we may, at our reasonable discretion, restore credits or issue compensation.
Subscriptions provide access to a defined amount of credits and/or features per billing cycle.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period.
Upon renewal, the subscription fee is charged to the selected payment method via Stripe.
Subscription credits are issued at the start of each billing period and expire at the end of that period. Unused credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated in the plan description.
Plan changes (upgrades/downgrades) take effect in the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time via account settings or by contacting support.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not terminate access immediately. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Due to the nature of the service, where costs are incurred in real time via third-party AI providers, refunds are not provided as a general rule.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the transaction date.
Nothing in this section affects any mandatory rights you may have under applicable EU consumer protection law.
Degriz provides a software platform that enables AI-assisted content processing. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended results. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Degriz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, revenue, data, or business interruption.
The limitations of liability apply cumulatively and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Degriz’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service shall be limited to the amount paid by the user in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Users agree to use the service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:
Any misuse, abuse, or suspected fraudulent activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund. Users are solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from misuse.
The platform integrates with third-party services including AI providers, payment processors, invoicing systems, and e-commerce platforms.
These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Degriz does not control and is not responsible for the availability, performance, or data handling practices of third-party providers.
Service interruptions or changes in third-party systems may affect platform functionality without liability to Degriz.
We process personal data in accordance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
Data is processed strictly for service delivery, billing, analytics, and legal compliance.
We do not sell personal data.
Data may be shared with subprocessors (e.g. AI providers, Stripe, invoicing systems) strictly for operational purposes under appropriate data processing agreements.
Data retention:
Users have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.
The Conductor platform - including its software architecture, algorithms, user interface, branding, documentation, and all underlying technology - is the exclusive intellectual property of Degriz, d.o.o. All rights are reserved.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for their own legitimate business purposes. This license does not transfer any ownership rights and may be revoked at any time upon breach of these Terms.
Users retain ownership of the original content they provide to the platform. By submitting content, you grant Degriz a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display that content solely as necessary to deliver the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Degriz endeavors to maintain high availability of the Conductor platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Planned maintenance, infrastructure updates, third-party outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary downtime. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from service unavailability or data inaccessibility during such periods.
Users are strongly advised to maintain independent backups of all critical data processed through the platform. Degriz does not guarantee the preservation of data in the event of a catastrophic technical failure.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Degriz, its directors, employees, agents, contractors, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the service; (b) content you submit, generate, publish, or distribute through the platform; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or consumer rights; or (e) inaccurate billing information you have provided.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
Disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
This clause does not affect any mandatory rights of consumers under applicable EU law, including the right to bring claims in their country of residence where such rights apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated in advance via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
Changes will not apply retroactively unless required by law or necessary for security, legal compliance, or prevention of abuse.
Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
